Nicole Frazier

Nicole Frazier has been employed in the Student Accounting Section since July, 2006. Nicole was promoted to an Accounting Associate in February, 2009 and assumed the responsibility of the student health insurance administrator. This means that she ensures that all students are properly billed for their insurance on their student account and properly enrolled at Care First for their level of coverage. An outside on line enrollment system must also be in sync with the student system and Care First. There is a tremendous amount of reconciling each system and discrepancies that must be resolved. Nicole has done a great job with working with the students and Care First to determine the appropriate level of coverage. She also transmits files to our enrollment processor in a timely manner to ensure proper maintenance of our student health insurance system.

Nicole works with the students at the counter and on the phone concerning any questions they may have and tends to each student in an efficient manner which may include making phone calls or walking over to Financial Aid on the student's behalf. She ensures that each student's problem is solved before leaving our office.
